Response 1: “Our package is $102.00 per person (plus 13% HST and 18% Service Charge). This fee includes the facility rental (including tables, chairs and floor length linens), food and beverage (including open bar), staffing, parking and admission as well as your photo permit. For a ceremony and reception event there is a fee of $750.00 (plus 13 % HST) for your ceremony. This fee includes the set up of your ceremony site with chairs, a signing table, an archway (if you should require one) as well as black, candle lit, lanterns to line the aisle. We do offer a discount of $5.00 per person for events taking place on Fridays and Sundays.” Response 2: “We do allow outside caterers for events taking place on Fridays and Sundays at our outside venues (the Grand Pavillion and the Patio). If you do bring in an outside caterer the fee to rent the facilities is $4000.00 (plus HST).
